Faiz: Currently Biomedical Engineering Student at BCIT.
After Pioneer High School in Nairobi, Kenya, Faiz joined Columbia College in Vancouver British Columbia in a University Transfer (UT) Engineering program. After one year of study at Columbia College and after widely consulting with ELIMU team in Canada, Faiz was able to transfer to British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) to pursue bachelor of Biomedical Engineering. BCIT is a premier institution, ranking highly among top Universities in Canada but with unique training, producing unique results (96% of BCIT grads employed before even they finish their program). Faiz mother said: “My son went to Canada for a University Transfer Program. When I visited Canada in December 2018, I met with ELIMU team and received eye-opening advice on effective academic path for my son to take for him to be able to acquire the necessary skills for his chosen career. I learnt that it is more than just getting an education, getting the right advice on how to go about seeking the right training is the most important”.
